How the engine sizes it

Every build runs this actuator through the deterministic sizing engine: payload-at-speed against the family envelope, a 2× load safety factor as a hard gate, and the motor checked for at least 25% torque margin at your commanded speed on real torque-curve data (stepper pull-out curves at 24 V). Inertia mismatch above 10:1 triggers a computed gearbox remedy. The result ships with the math shown.
